Terms and Conditions

LAYBYS must be completed within 2 Months.

Goods on layby over 2 months may be sold and deposits forfeited, to cover admin costs. Minimum layby deposit is 30%. Deposits paid for laybys, are non-refundable and non Transferable.

Condition of Sale

• All products are delivered unassembled unless prior arrangements are made.
• All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
• Goods ordered from Manufacturers or from Floor stock are firm orders and cannot be cancelled. Deposits are therefore non-refundable
• Please ensure the goods will fit into your house/space
• Please be home on the delivery day or re-delivery fee will apply
• Cancellation fees 20% of the invoice value will apply
• Balance to be paid prior to Delivery
