We service most areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Redlands, Logan, Sunshine Coast and Northern NSW. Please note, some products may not be eligible for shipping to locations outside of South-East Queensland and Northern NSW - please call us to find out more. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced.
How quickly can I receive my goods?
This is dependent on point of destination and delivery method you choose. Our shipping options include pickup, OFO local delivery or our 3rd party freight delivery service.
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Processing time is up to 2 working days and delivery time can be up to 7 working days from time of dispatch depending on point of destination.
What are my Shipping / Delivery Options?
Our customers are welcome to arrange their own transportation of goods of their choice. You may pick up goods from our Bundall store on the Gold Coast. Our staff will assist you with arranging a pickup closest to your location.
OFO Local Delivery
OFO provides direct delivery service for local orders. Delivery cost will vary. We have selected delivery days for certain local regions and our friendly staff will contact you with the delivery day. Local delivery charges are based on postcode and are calculated for convenience at the online checkout.
What is the Cost of Delivery?
Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order and your delivery address. If you would like an estimate of your cost of delivery, put the items into your shopping cart and the estimated delivery charge will be displayed. You will have the opportunity (based on your entered postcode) to view the finalised delivery charges on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment. All weights and measurements are approximates, as supplied by the manufacturer.
Does someone have to accept delivery of goods and sign acceptance?
Yes. Deliveries MUST be signed for and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by OFO to be authorised to receive products. Unfortunately OFO and its carriers are not able to provide an exact time but can provide an estimate of the delivery day. In the instance that someone is not able to sign for your delivery, OFO carriers will leave a card. You will then need to contact the carrier and organise alternate delivery arrangements which may incur a re-delivery fee charged by OFO if re-delivery is required.
Please note that the risk for loss or damaged product during transit passes to the customer upon despatch of the product(s) from OFO.
What if my delivery has not arrived?
If your delivery has not arrived, please contact us on 1300 880 501. If you wish to return a product delivered or otherwise, please refer to OFO's Online Returns Policy.
Can I track my delivery?
It depends on who we have used as our third party freight carrier. You will be issued with a tracking number for your order. When your order leaves our warehouse and you receive your ‘your order is shipped’ email, a tracking number will be included. If you want to see where your order is simply go to linked website and enter your tracking number.
